Tim Bellardine

Team Leader
Tim has more than 15 years’ experience maintaining electrical and electronic systems, and mechanical assemblies, including five years working outside the continental U.S. with the U.S. Department of Defense, International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) and other agencies. He has experience with site surveys, installation, training and maintaining multiple systems including NIIS, manufacturing equipment, video surveillance equipment and computer hardware/software.

 

His background also includes operational/project/logistical management and extensive work with telecommunications systems. As a team leader at X-Ray Technical Services, LLC (XTS), Tim coordinates statement-of-work activities and records control and interprets operating policies.
Tim studied Electrical Engineering at Tidewater Community College and Computer Programming at ECPI University; both located in Virginia. He has earned multiple awards and certifications in management training, SAP, Hazwoper, and first aid-blood-borne pathogens.

Kevin Mulrine

Team Leader
Kevin has a broad range of aviation, international management and technical experience with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. He is an FCC-certified A&P Mechanic with hands-on education and training in avionics, along with extensive experience in Backscatter scanner technology, baggage screening and personal body scanning equipment.

 

In addition to his core competencies, Kevin is well-versed in working on domestic as well as international projects, as a field service representative supporting U.S. and NATO troops in Afghanistan and as a warehouse manager in Dubai. He also served six years with the U.S. Army as a cargo supervisor, saving the government more than 75 percent of costs by creating a maintenance program that was recognized by the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps for initiative, coordination and skill.

 

Kevin studied aviation maintenance at the Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Chesapeake, Virginia, and holds certifications from the FCC and FAA. As a team leader at X-Ray Technical Services, LLC (XTS), Kevin coordinates statement-of-work activities and records control and interprets operating policies.
